Neverland Laundry – Terms of Service

Welcome to Neverland Laundry! Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our laundry services. By booking a service with us, you agree to the following terms:

1. Service Overview

Neverland Laundry provides residential laundry washing, drying, and folding services. Pickup and delivery are included within service areas.

2. Service Process

Customers are responsible for placing laundry in a clean 13-gallon trash bag by 8:00 AM on the scheduled pickup day.
Customers may select preferred scent beads and or dryer sheets at time of booking.
Laundry will be returned clean, dry, and folded either the same day or the next day depending on the service selected.

3. Pickup & Delivery

Pickup and delivery will be contactless and take place at the customer’s front door, unless otherwise arranged.
Missed pickups may result in a rescheduling fee.

4. Garment Care & Liability

We treat all garments with care, but are not responsible for:
- Items left in pockets (e.g., pens, gum, etc.)
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., color bleeding, shrinking, missing buttons)
- Items not suitable for machine washing and drying (including stains) unless explicitly labeled and communicated.
Maximum liability for lost or damaged items is limited to $25 per order.

5. Payment

Payments must be made at time of booking.
Prices are subject to change but will always be confirmed at the time of booking.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or changes.
Same-day cancellations may be subject to a $10 fee.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Ensure all items are machine-washable and dryable.
Remove any items requiring dry cleaning or special care.
Label bags if laundry is to be separated (e.g., delicates or household items).

8. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including excessive soiling, infestations, or unsafe conditions.

9. Privacy

All customer information is kept confidential and will only be used for business communication and service purposes.
